Attendee Registration and Play Selection Form
Registration Deadline is July 15 2025
Please fill out this form to register for this year’s weekend in Ashland at the Oregon Shakespeare Festival. Costs are fall into three categories: (1) a per person attendance fee which covers costs of the group events (dinners and discussion) and a $50 donation to Bryn Mawr College, (2) the lodging costs if you stay at the dorm (Cox Hall), and (3) your play and theater campus tour tickets. If you are planning to attend with a roommate or larger group that are sharing rooms, please have ONE member of the party register everyone.
This year we can only book suite rooms. The suite rooms have microwaves, small fridges and en suite bathrooms. There is a 3 night minimum charge for dorm rooms.
Once you have submitted your form, you will receive an email with your registration details and the total cost. Please pay by mailing a check made out to Pam Perrott to Pam Perrott/BMC Ashland, 119 NE 60th, Apt 1, Seattle WA 98115. Cancellation Policy: We can refund your registration in full up to August 1st if your plans change.
